Shipping and Handling
Meals will be sent frozen to keep them as fresh as possible, and can be kept frozen or left to thaw. Once thawed, it should be used within 3days.
After ordering the Meals will be sent out once or twice a week, meaning it may take 7 days for them to get dispatched.
