ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Payment is managed securely through Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For one-time purchases, payment is charged immediately.

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Customers must cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

As subscriptions involve the preparation and delivery of fresh food, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after a billing cycle has commenced.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in product information or pricing, or product unavailability.

In such circumstances, you will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
